In 2021, I was invited to present a lecture on science, food and the Irish Famine jointly to Harrow School's Science Society and Hibernian Society. This explored how nutrition was understood in Ireland during the Famine and how nutritional ideas informed discussion about dietary change during subsequent decades of rapid dietary change. 

 

I have also taught a class at Ballymoney Primary School.
